The top model of the RWD drift car is now available! This is the flagship model YD-2ZX that shines at the top of the YD-2 series.
A graphite double deck chassis based on the supple high traction main chassis. By changing the steering servo to the chassis side and making the upper deck flexible, it has a smooth steering feel without interfering with the flexibility of the main chassis.
The Z gearbox is equipped with a special motor mount with high heat dissipation, and by setting the motor to a high mount, the battery is relocated to the end and heavy objects are brought closer to the rear axle, so you can tram without compromising athletic performance.
It is luxuriously equipped with aluminum parts such as front bulk head, suspension mount, shock tower, and big bore shock, and has a high-quality machine configuration.
A lightweight bulkhead with milling is standard on the front. We have adopted a wide variety of aluminum options to dramatically increase rigidity.
The sliding rack of the steering also uses the latest lightweight rails to increase the steering response.
Aluminum is also treated for lower arm adapters and steering stoppers, which improves athletic performance by reducing the weight under the spring.
It uses a dedicated servo mount and servo horn to incorporate a way to fix the servo on the chassis. The steering characteristics can be neutral without interfering with the twisting of the chassis than connecting to the upper side.
Due to clearance, the steering servo is only for low profile (the height of the servo stay is about 17mm).
The upper deck has a bold meat removal, making it a supple feature. It matches well with the high traction chassis, and it is especially possible to have smooth cornering without a hook on the front.
A high traction chassis that emphasizes suppleness. It is also an advantage that it has an excellent front and rear traction balance and is lightweight.
Although it is regulated on the upper deck, it is possible to select a seven-stage motor position on the top shaft as the axis.
The battery retreats to the lower space of the motor, making it a layout that is important for RWD drift cars.
The front and rear shock is a full tune that requires smooth and stable operation. The perfect combination of fluorine rubber diaphragms, high-grade O-rings, and titanium coated shock shafts.
It is a drift-only spring, with D-177FA: direct type all-round on the front and D-179RA: side grip type all-round on the rear.
Z series gearbox with excellent maintainability. The differential is a lightweight gear diff of aluminum axle.
