SAITO FG-14C-R is the reverse spinning direction version of FG-14C.

Propeller spins clockwise (facing the engine).

This is used for twin engine airplanes which mount engine on each side of its wings.

 

One side of the wing, engine spins clockwise, other side of the wing, engine spins counter clockwise. This is counter torque effect of the engines.
